One of the leading Financial Services Company is looking for a Assistant Manager, Lean Projects.
The key responsibilities of Contact Center Operations unit are:
-The Inbound unit of the contact center handles incoming calls from customers of the bank and answers queries and complaints
-The Outbound unit is responsible for delivery of revenue targets assigned across multiple retail banking products
-Responsible for transiting contact center operations into a omni-channel space through technologies that are relevant and process improvement that will result in better and speedier customer experience.
-Responsible for the design and development of a roadmap for contact center projects in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world.
-Responsible for doing business analyses and understanding the requirements to convert into IT analysis within the different project management methodologies. (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum approaches)
-Responsible to drive integrations with other channels like branch, online and web that will facilitate e a seamless experience for the customer using multiple touch points.
-Collaborate with IT developers, legal & business stakeholders to drive the solution through to delivery
-Ensure projects are deployed with the highest quality within the given time and budget based on expectations set
-Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, industrial engineering or computer sciences fields are preferred.
-Professional business qualification in banking, telecommunication or payment technology companies would be a plus
-Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required in digital operations roles
-Good skills in terms of Project Management, Business Analyses, especially in customer experience projects
-Knowledge and understanding of banking products, services, processes and distribution related matters exposure as a preference
-Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables, and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and time frames.
