Assistant Manager- General Ledger

Education
– Bachelor degree in accounting / finance
– Post graduate qualification in accounting
– Solid IFRS knowledge and experience

Main Job Description
– Prepare and review of journal entries
– Review accounting transactions for appropriateness during monthly close.
– Review monthly P&L’s and assist in investigating unusual fluxes.
– Reconcile of Trial Balance accounts with sub-ledgers
– Prepare and support accounting period closing
– Prepare the monthly financial reporting, and annual financial statements
– Participate in preparing annual budget and business plan
– Coordinate with external auditors
– Ability to be well-organized in a fast-paced environment, successfully multi-task, work independently and meet multiple demanding deadlines

Position:
Assistant Manager, Project Costing

Main Job Description
– Proper cost allocation over different projects
– Cost reporting
– Contracts management from financial perspective
– Preparing the cost of revenue according to IFRS requirements
– Participate in preparing annual budget and business plan
– Review and enhance the existing system of controls and financial reporting for development and construction projects.
– Interact with internal and external customers, other accounting team members, construction project managers and all necessary departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues and achieve maximum efficiency of operations.
– Oversee Accounts Payable processes related to Projects
– Review accrual schedules
