The responsibilities of the Customer Care Manager are;
– Full management of the customer care team
– Primary point of contact for customers and ensure seamless service levels between GSC lean office and front office
– To ensure Customer Loyalty through the most effective process execution
– Deliver on “Care for customers” vision
– Process efficiency instigator and driver
– Risk identification and prevention
– Ownership of GSC service quality
– Policing of global policies, processes and data quality
– Resolution of issues and if escalation, then with full facts and figures
– Customer Service Loyalty Survey, Net Promoter Score initiatives, Employee Engagement Survey, Customer Service KPI Scores
– E-commerce – transactional success
