One of the leading Islamic Banks in the UAE is looking for a Document Control Manager to join their team.

Title: Document Control Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reporting to: Head of Global ADC and Policy Procedures – Retail Operations

Responsibilities:
Develop the Policy and Procedures for units within Bank’s group.
To involve in the process of consultation and drafting of all policies and related documents, including writing documents as required.
Provide guidance and support to the Bank’s units on all policy and standards issues.
Lead and provide the support to the employees of the Policy and Procedure Department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Banking, Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
High level of diplomacy and political awareness.
Excellent written English, with proven ability to research and write accessible, clean policy documents and reports.
In depth knowledge of policy environments or policy related roles.
