Executive Customer Care required at Wi-tribe in Lahore

Field:Customer Care Contract Type:Contract
Location:Pakistan – Lahore Closing date:31-Jul-2014
Summary of Position:
To provide good customer experience at designated wi-tribe care centers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To retain customers as per provided data on monthly basis
  • To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
  • To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
  • To ensure shift timings / care center timings and  preservation of customer oriented ambience
  • To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”
  • To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as care center level
  • To Provide preliminary technical assistance when needed
  • To retain walk-in customers
  • To take ownership of customer issues
  • To conduct outdoor activities for Sales & Collection promotion
Required Competencies:

  • Possess strong knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
  • Possess good knowledge of excel and power point
  • Intermediate level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of company products, services and policies
  • Positive Attitude
  • Stress handling & anger diffusion skills
  • Dedication towards work
  • Multitasking skills
Education and/or Experience:

  • Should have at least Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree from a reputable University / Institute.
  • At least 01 year of working experience in customer care preferably in telecom sector
