About the Position
The purpose of this role is to ensure that necessary analysis and presentation of analysis is done on Real Estate and Engineering & Technology performance to help the organisation assess its performance and take corrective action if any. This role is critical in delivering and contributing to Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE’s) finance governance structure – namely control, reporting and value creation.
The FP&A Manager will work closely with all Real Estate and Engineering & Technology finance and operational teams in preparing internal and external financial and operational reports, Board of Director materials, monthly financial analysis materials and ad hoc analysis as required from time to time by the organisation.
This role will help lead and execute the monthly, quarterly and year-end distribution of Real Estate and Engineering & Technology consolidated reports as well monthly dash board reports for departments of responsibility. A close working relationship with all finance teams, business operations and other Group stakeholders will be key to generate the reporting outputs.
The right candidate for this role will have the ability to analyse the key drivers of the business models and to work with business operations to provide explanations for variances and deviations from budgets or forecasts and to work with
