Job Objectives:

To play an effective & result oriented support role to the regional HR & Admin Services ensuring best possible HR & Admin services to all internal customers while ensuring 100% compliance on policies, procedures & processes

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient & effective HR support to HR Business Partners and other functions in the assigned domain and perform the related HR & Admin activities as per defined policies & procedures with utmost compliance on all HR processes.

Compile accurate data for payroll and send it to RM HR (Ops & Services) in assigned domain every month after verification of medical claims, various types of allowances, advances, LFA’s, special bonuses, deductions and anything else pertaining to monthly payroll.

Assist in hosting all sorts of regional employee events/meetings in assigned domain and provide assistance in all service related requirements for the successful conduction & management of such events.

Coordinate with all concerned divisions/ departments on employee clearance in assigned domain and maintain extreme follow up with them along with the automated clearance process for timely processing of final settlement of employees’ dues after their exit from the company.

Support AM HR & Admin services in provisioning of related accurate data for MMR, e-Bulletin, EMT Updates, EIQ analysis, or any other HR Management reporting requirement that may arise from time to time.

Identify to AM HR & Admin Services the individual problem areas and suggest appropriate interventions for the purpose of maintaining a productive work environment in assigned domain.

Timely response to HR& Admin related queries and issues by employees through HR Help Desk and assign/ handle them for timely resolution of these issues in assigned domain.

Key Performance Indicators:

Ensure quality HR & Admin services to all internal customers in the Region/HO

Ensure accuracy in data for payroll and its timely submission.

Clear & concise response to all HR Help Desk queries.

Extreme follow up with all concerned for timely processing of clearance cases.
