Online Customer Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers.
This position will assist customers with product related questions via live chat and Social Media furnish information on the products and assists customers in placing orders and appointment in addition to courteously and promptly resolving customer questions and problems or properly referring them to appropriate resources.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate conversation and respond to customers inquires via live chat.
Manage online test drive requests, appointments and coordinate with Sales department to contact the customer
Explaining vehicle features, controls, accessories and benefits to customers.
Explaining offers, warranty and service benefits.
Drive sales by suggesting additional items to customers online
Monthly Test Drive Requests, inquiries and appointment report.
