Assistant Director OG-2
Deputy Director OG-3
Qualification: Masters or Bachelors Degree with 16 years of education in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or any other relevant field from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university. Certification in Risk Management will be preferred.
Experience: For OG-3 at least 06 years post qualification experience in the core business areas of organization including minimum 03 years experience in risk management. For OG-2 at least 03 years post qualification experience in core business areas of organization.
Age: Maximum age limit for OG-2 and OG-3 position is 31 and 35 years respectively which may be relaxed in case of higher qualification or more experience.
Competitive compensation package in the salary scales of OG-2/OG-3 positions including loan facility, medical, provident fund, gratuity and other benefits as per Bank’s rules.
