Prepare and cook individual sweets.
Ensure quality of food and determine portion sizes.
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.
Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer.
Should be able to cook all kinds of desserts –
1) Ghraybeh – (Syrian Sugar Cookies)
2) Tamria (Caramelized Dates)
3) Roz Bhaleeb (Rice Pudding)
4) Harisi (Semolina Cake)
Clean the kitchen and work areas.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
